Web-ec Electronic Product Catalog
Your Web-ec electronic product catalog can be customized to meet your specific needs. Choose to organize your products by category, cost center, business channel or division. You also have the option to feature a full-color photo of your products along with a detailed description including inventory status and usage statistics. Show as much or as little information as you choose. You can also control whether or not pricing information is displayed.
Web-ec authorized users, can place and view their order status online. With up-to-the-minute shipping and tracking information. Once an order has been placed, picking tickets are automatically printed out in the warehouse, which quickly expedites the fulfillment process.
Web-ec E-mail Order Acknowledgements
No longer will your products fall below their reorder point! With the e-mail order acknowledgement feature, you'll be notified through e-mail if a product has fallen below your designated reorder point. This feature can also be used to send order confirmations, including detailed order information, to authorized users.
Web-ec Reports
Forms management reporting can be custom-tailored to meet
your needs. Web-ec authorized users can view or print the
following reports: Warehouse Release, Inventory Status and
